ORGANIC is way beyond NON GMO...it means no use of harmful and toxic chemical, pesticides and herbicides, the most common being glyphosate in Monsanto's Round Up. Last week the World Health Organization published a scientific article directly relating cancer in certain mammals to glyphosate.
