These beautiful Sativus Flowers are organically grown and hand separated by Pauline Hamilton and Marcia Litsinger at Chruchill Butte Organics.
These tiny threads are prized for their ability to flavor and color dishes. In addition, these little beauties pack a nutritional and medicinal punch. This "sunshine spice" as it is often referred to is full of antioxidants, which give the threads their intense red pigment. It is also favored for treating depression, PMS symptoms and Alzheimers.
Available in three sizes, these make an excellent gift for the hard to shop for gourmet on your holiday list.

Borda Ranch Lamb
We recently visited Borda Lamb Ranch and got to meet Ted, the owner. Mr. Borda comes from a long line of French Basque sheep herders. He also taught at Galena High School for many years.
We're so excited to offer Borda lamb products in our frozen meat section. This high quality meat is grass-fed and finished. The Borda lambs live and feed between Dayton, NV and the ranges between Topaz, CA and Bridgeport, CA.
