Round Up for Food Justice
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Round Up for Food Justice program. Round Up aims to broaden access to healthy and local produce by providing vouchers to families on tight budgets who want to improve their nutrition.
At the register of the Co-op, you can round up to the nearest dollar to contribute to the program.
This email contains information about the program, as well as two important announcements on how you can get involved with the program.
Opt IN!
Want to throw your dimes and nickels in the Round Up fund each time you shop? Simply reply to this email saying "opt me in" and we'll automatically round you up each time you shop. Save time and feel good about it! You can opt out at any time.
You can also reply to this email requesting to opt out of being asked.
Loteria Mexicana / Bingo Night: March 6th at 7pm
Save the date! We are hosting a bingo night bash compete with prizes, raffle and of course, lots of laughs and good food.
Want to get involved?
If you want to be involved with the program, email Meghan at outreach@greatbasinfood.coop to join the outreach team! You can earn a 10% discount on your groceries too :)
