Mondays
Tai Chi: Intermediate level - 4-5pm
This Intermediate Tai Chi class is for people with experience in the practice. If you are a beginner, please check out the beginner classes. Classes are by donation.

Tuesdays
"Pushing Hands" Tai Chi Practice - 8:15-9:15am
Pushing hands is a name for a two-person training routine practiced in Tai chi ch’uan. Pushing hands works to undo a person’s natural instinct to resist force with force, teaching the body to yield to force and redirect it.
Community Reiki - 1st and 3rd Tuesday 5:30-7:30pm
An evening of Community Reiki is donation-based and open to anyone who would like to learn about and experience the benefits of Reiki. Whether Reiki is new to you, or you’re an experienced practitioner, this is a heartfelt space where all are welcome.
Wednesdays
Introduction to Tai Chi - 3-4pm
This introduction class is perfect for beginners. Jorgi Day is highly experienced in the practice and her classes are very popular. Please register for the class by emailing jorgi.day@sbcglobal.net (there are no drop-ins). The class is by donation.
Tai Chi Practice - 4-4:30pm
This practice session is for experienced practitioners who know the 108 Yang Long Form. Free.
Qi Gong - 5:30-6:30pm
Steve Calhoun leads this a Emei Qi Gong / WuJi style class. The first part of the class is gentle movements that nourish the inner organs and meridian flows. The last part of the class is a moving meditation. The whole experience is of inner awareness.
Thursdays

Grateful Flow Yoga with Katherine - 5:30-6:30pm (starts Jan. 15th)
This is an all levels Vinyasa Flow suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness. This active class will teach and include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, as well as introductory breath work and meditation. Please BYOM (bring your own mat) and towel (if you tend to get sweaty). $10/$5 for students with ID.

Sundays
Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 8:15-9:30am
Alex King's fantastic class focuses on postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility, strength, and relaxation. A slow flow style that encourages proper alignment of the body to bring balance, strength, and calmness. Free!

Purpose of the position: To ensure Co-op finances conform to accepted accounting principles, while providing financial information and analysis to the GM in charge of Finances, to support achievement of co-op objectives.
24 hours/week plus other shifts as needed.
Starting rate of pay is $14/hr.
