Thanks everyone who came to the annual membership party on Saturday to share great food, music, fermented beverages, speeches, games, and a chance to choose your elected leaders on the Board of Directors. If you couldn't make it this time, be sure to join in the fun and festivities next year! Remember that you can still vote in the store or online until this Saturday, September 14. We are already looking for potential nominees for next year's election, so if you're interested in serving on the Board, go to the Annual Election page on the co-op's website and scroll down to download the Board of Directors Applicant Packet: http://www.greatbasinfood.coop/about-us/board-of-directors/annual-election/ Also please note that the Board's monthly meeting on September 16 will begin an hour earlier than usual, at 5 pm instead of 6 pm. Member-owners are welcome to attend Board meetings.
