These birds were raised just for the co-op by Diestel Turkey Ranch in Sonora, California. Reservations are filling up and we have a limited supply available. They are delivered fresh, are never frozen, and come in several varieties:

PASTURED TURKEY FROM NEVADA'S KENNEDY RANCH
We're so excited to offer Nevada turkey! Kennedy Ranch is in Lamoille Canyon, just outside of Elko. Raised on open pasture and processed on site, these high integrity birds are a rare and special Northern Nevada offering. This Vegan friendly Stuffing is made using loaves by Local bread artisans Perenn Bakery, and packed with flavor from Organic Veggie Stock, Organic Garlic, Organic Onion, Organic Celery & Organic Fennel Seed.
Tart Cranberry Orange Sauce
Housemade Tart Cranberry Orange Sauce is ready to compliment whatever meal you're putting together. Its made fresh every day from scratch with all Organic ingredients, and is available in a reusable/refundable glass container - return it clean and you'll get $1 back. Traditional, Vegan, and Gluten Free varieties are available, and made with Local / Regional Pie Pumpkins from various producers and Local Organic Palomino Valley Eggs.

Don't want to share your slice? Pumpkin pies are available WHOLE from our in-store coolers as well! If you want to make 100% sure you'll get the pie you need by the day you need it, you can now SPECIAL ORDER PUMPKIN PIES on our website!! Choose from Traditional, Vegan, Gluten Free, and Vegan/Gluten Free. Thanksgiving pies must be ordered by Nov 22nd.

On November 8th, your co-op GM and co-founder Amber Sallaberry was awarded a 2019 "20 Under 40" by the Reno Tahoe YPN. These annual awards recognize young professionals who have done outstanding work in their community. Amber [and her co-founding sister Nicole, whom she promptly credited in her acceptance speech] has been dedicated to transforming our local food system for over 14 years - at one point the GBCFC was just a radical idea and a shoebox containing a few hundred dollars. Fueled by a true heart of gold, and the desire to increase community access to affordable, sustainable, nutrient-rich food, Amber has guided the co-op to becoming the catalyst for change it is, enriching the health of Northern Nevada's environment, economy and community. Congratulations Amber! ❤️
