We've been at this local food system development thing for something like 12 years...so for us, it's about time. With a warehouse and truck, we now have the ability to offer more local food to the Northern Nevada community at large. We are also able to pick up goods from our busy, hardworking farmers and deliver them to our even busier chefs and restaurant owners. www.dropp.coop
DROPP Feature: Local Cantaloupes!
Harvest is starting and we are here to celebrate these warm summer days with fresh certified organic Cantaloupes. Grown by Lattin Farms in Northern Nevada they have three kinds available right now! There is Orange Flesh Cantaloupe (aka Honeydew), Sarah's Choice (personal size), and Sugar Cube Cantaloupe. These are all available in 35-36 pound cases from DROPP through the SHOP DROPP page! They will also be available to purchase at the Great Basin Community Food Co-op.
