You're invited! The Great Basin Community Food Co-op is a participating venue in the sixth annual Nevada Humanities Literary Crawl taking place from 11am until 8pm on Saturday, September 14, along California Avenue and surrounding areas in Reno.
The co-op portion of the day "Dinner is Served" will take place upstairs in the Food Shed Cafe from approximately 1:30 to 2:15. The panel features edible Reno-Tahoe’s managing editor Jessica Santina, writer Sandra Macias, and photographer Shea Evans. They will highlight what goes into developing and producing magazine content that reflects the region, supports local food-and-drink producers and purveyors, and makes people hungry. 
Of course The Food Shed Cafe will be serving all day,
and Black Ice will be outside slinging sno-cones!!
Join the crawl for an afternoon and evening of storytelling sessions, poetry slams, performances, readings, and art installations. Meet local and national authors, revel in great reads, sample some street food, and enjoy poetry readings and live music. Everyone is welcome, and all events are free.
