FINAL DAY TO RENEW YOUR CO-OP MEMBERSHIP

If you want to participate in this year's annual GBCFC board of director elections.  We will pull the final list at 9pm this evening, 9/12/2012.  Only current members as of today will be eligible to vote at the annual elections beginning on Saturday September 15, 2012.  Remember, as a co-op member YOU OWN IT!  We are a democratically run organization and what you think matters.  CLICK HERE to learn more about this years board nominees.

Join us this Saturday September 15th at 3:30pm pm for an exclusive veggie tour followed by a cooking class upstairs in the community cafe "How to Cook and Love Vegetables"  from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.  Description: New to cooking veggies? Free shopping tour of the co-op with local vegetarian cookbook author & co-op staff member, Melissa Gilbert. Tour will be followed by an hour long cooking class with a focus on knife skills & simple, inexpensive easy to prepare vegetable & whole grain dishes. First class: Kale! (kale slaw).  For the class please bring your own knife, everything else will be provided. Must RSVP to silkenbreeze@greatbasinfood.coop
