NEW Vinyasa Flow Yoga class led by Alex King
This weekly class will be held Wednesdays
from 8:15am - 9:30am (starting 8/6).
This class focuses on postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility, strength, and relaxation. A slow flow style that encourages proper alignment of the body to bring balance, strength, and calmness.
In 2014, Alex King (RYT 200) completed his 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Mount Madonna Center in California: a classical Ashtanga and Hatha yoga education of pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and asana practices. He considers himself a lifelong student; continuing to seek out education in yogic practices and alternative health. Alex’s teaching style is gentle and nourishing, with a focus on proper alignment, breathing, and helping students to access their full potential.
Alex will be offering the class for free, and you are welcome to discuss donations with him if you would like.
Aston Kinetics workshops - Thursdays at 10:30am (4-week class)
