Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal; therefore, we have the following return policy in place:

GBCFC Member-Owners

• Have 30 days to return unopened or defective items
• Do not need a receipt as long as the item was purchased under their member-owner account
• Items can be returned for in-store credit on the owner’s account
• No returns or refunds on special orders through our Owner’s Buying Club

Non-Member-Owners

• Have 7 days to return unopened or defective items
• Return must be accompanied by a sales receipt
